When end customers submit quote requests through your shop's embedded widget, they may upload 3D model files (STL, 3MF, OBJ, etc.). These files are stored on Cloudflare R2 object storage and are associated with your tenant account.
Important: We do not inspect, process, or validate the content of uploaded files. We are not responsible for the content of files uploaded by your customers. Print Shop operators are responsible for ensuring that file handling practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Quote records and uploaded files are retained until you delete them or request account deletion. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data in the following limited circumstances:

Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data and are not responsible for unauthorized access that is outside our reasonable control.
The Service uses localStorage (browser local storage) to store your session token and shop slug for authentication purposes. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts on the platform itself. Google Fonts is loaded from Google's CDN for display purposes — see Google's Privacy Policy for details.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
The Service is hosted on Cloudflare's global infrastructure, which may process your data in multiple countries. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to countries that may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
